Former GroupWise Users

I've just migrated to UMail. Why does my address book seem to have incorrect addresses? 

I've migrated to UMail, but my IE browser still opens a bunch of GroupWise email windows. Why?

Is there somewhere in Outlook that I can go to and see if (a) the email got delivered (b) if the recipient opened it and at what time and (c) when the recipient deleted it, like I could in GroupWise?
