The intent of this document is to formally address the confidentiallity

of some ITAC issues.  In general ITAC issues are open, some topics

are intended to be University internal.  Please take a look at this

agreement, I would appreciate advise in its content, and copy Bryan

Morris (bryan.morris@utah.edu) on suggestions so they can be put in

place for the August meeting.



Steve Scott will lead a review and discussion of password guidelines

approved a couple years ago.  The document can be found at:

are still satisfactory or in need of change.
