OIT Network Operations & Services (NetOpS)
OIT Network Operations and Services' (NetOpS) mission is to provide excellent network services which support the University's research, academic and administrative missions.
1. Provide stable, secure network connectivity. We do this by providing a high speed backbone network, redundant building uplinks, wired and wireless access, remote access capabilities and providing services such as firewall and IP management. Our support hours for the campus backbone is 24 x 7 x 365.
2. Support individual departments by providing consulting and management support as requested.
