Annual Information Security Awareness Day
On Thursday, October 29th, The University of Utah Information Security and Privacy Office and Office of Information Technology are sponsoring the 2nd annual campus Information Security Awareness Day. We would like to invite you to join us for information booths, free software, food, prizes & other great give-aways from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Union ballroom.
ITPPO Award
This year our ITPPO team was recognized during the Planview Horizons Annual User Conference. The awards committee selected The University of Utah as a winner of the 2009 Planview Award for Vision.
New Online Campus Directory
The Office of IT has been working hard on getting our online campus phone directory updated and trying to improve the user experience with this important public facing web site. The directory will be launched under its own domain name (people.utah.edu) and ready for beta testing sometime in early November.
New Graphic Format For Student Course Evaluations

When signing up for new classes, students often like to know what they are getting themselves into. Luckily course evaluations are filled out each term by students who have taken the class before. Administrative Computing Services (ACS) has now made this information even easier to access and understand.
