February 2007: Important Information
All UofU.net internet services will be transitioning to SISNA. Existing UofU.net customers should note the following:
Email-
UofU.net email addresses will not work after February 28th, 2007.
A Sisna email address has been setup for you. For example, if your
email address was john@uofu.net. Than a corresponding email address is
available- i.e. john@sisna.com. Your password will remain the same. You
can start checking this immediately by going to http://mail.sisna.com.
Connection-
DSL customers- Since your DSL connection is already being provisioned by IKANO, your connection will not change or be impacted by this change.
Dialup customers- While the number that you are using to connect to the Internet will not change, you will need to change your dialup username to match the username that exists currently (for example, john@sisna.com instead of john@uofu.net).
