Information Security Office (ISO)
The Information Security Office is a resource to you. Access to many pages in the ISO site is restricted to utah.edu and some uen.org machines.- Security: ISO provides guidelines and consultation to help minimize your vulnerability to security incidents. With intrusion detection, probes and scans ISO progressively looks for issues affecting the general security of information resources on Campus
- Audits: ISO conducts security audits on a request basis. As auditors, we work directly with depart-mental deans, information technology executives, computer professionals, faculty and students to: 1) minimize the risk of intrusion, and 2) evaluate security problems detected after incidence of intrusion.
- Incident Handling: We also provide full incident response services on detected or reported security incidents.
