Entourage Configuration for UMail
After following the basic Entourage configuration instructions, you can follow the steps below to add shared folders & resources to your Entourage client.
Accessing Other Users' Folders Everytime:
These steps will ensure that your Entourage will always open the other user's folder.
Click Tools, then Accounts. In Your Account, choose Edit.
In the Users I am a delegate for area, click Add.

Search for the user/resource using Find. When you see the listing, select it and click Advanced.

The Server address: will say 'www.umail.utah.edu'. Append '/exchange/unid@umail.utah.edu' or '/exchange/resource_name@umail.utah.edu' or '/exchange/validemailaddress' to it.

Click OK until you are back out.
Accessing Other Users' Folders Once:
These steps will open the other user's folder once.
- File -> Open Other User's Folder...
- Click on "person next to tabs" icon.
- Find the user/resource in list.
- Click Advanced.
- The Server address: will say 'www.umail.utah.edu'. Append '/exchange/unid@umail.utah.edu' or '/exchange/resource_name@umail.utah.edu' or '/exchange/validemailaddress' to it.
- Click OK until you're back out.
