How things differ in Umail-Outlook from GroupWise

"Notes" - GroupWise allowed you to create notes and assign them to a specific day. "Notes" do not have dates associated with them. If you want to have specific events listed on dates, you should create an appointment and set it as an all day event.
“Proxy” You can access another owner's resource (i.e., conference room, distribution list, shared calendar) by opening a shared calendar/contacts/ tasks or, you can directly open another user's folder - called "Delegate"
"Address book": the place where you stored your personal email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and email distribution lists. "Contacts" - UMail Outlooks allows you to have multiple “Contacts” lists within your mailbox.
