Note: .prf files are compatible with Office 2007, but require some added steps to work. Please see Applying Outlook user profiles by using a PRF file" section at the bottom of the page.Configuring Your Mailbox

To copy an Outlook shortcut to your desktop, go to Start, All Programs, Microsoft Office, then right-click on the Outlook icon. From the drop-down menu, click Send To, then click Desktop (create shortcut).
Do not use the umail.prf as the shortcut icon for Outlook.
