Technical Support Hotline

The Technical Support Hotline has been established in case of network emergencies for faster access to key OIT/ITS groups such as the Network Operations Center (NOC), Desktop Support (NSC), Field Production, as well as the Information Security Office. For urgent problems, calls are patched to the specific Tier 1 on-call person for fast response.

To use the Hotline, you must first be registered. Please contact the Campus Help Desk at 801-581-4000 option 1 and put in a trouble ticket to register to use the Hotline. You will be contacted within one business day with access information.
