Technical Support Hotline
The Technical Support Hotline has been established in case of network emergencies for faster access to key NetCom groups such as the Network Operations Center (NOC), Desktop Support (NSC), Field Production, as well as the Information Security Office. For urgent problems, calls are patched to the specific Tier 1 on-call person for fast response. To use the Hotline, you must first be registered. To register, download the Authorization Form, fill it out, and FAX the completed form back to NetCom at 5-3704. A card will be sent to you with all the Hotline information.
