INFO: We do not expect this to take all services down for the entire outage, but all will be affected for a period of time within this window. As with any maintenance, more sever service affecting problems could occur as well.
NOTE: This is during the Normal Weekly Outage for Both WebCT and eMedia.
DETAILS: Upgrading SAN Hardware within the UEN Data Center, and OS and software patches.
