CAMPUS INTERRUPTION NOTICE

This is a confirmation of the interruption notice received by a representative in your department on  6/12/06 by phone. Please call extension 1-7221, if you have any questions concerning this interruption.

TYPE OF INTERRUPTION:
Electrical Shutdown To: 006/ST - 008/AEB - 028/MCD - 029/FLD H - 031/C Hall - 066/PMT - 072/Law L - 073/Law - 085/HEB - 087/HEB So -

AREA AFFECTED:
All electrical service to the buildings: Lights, outlets, computers, elevators, heating, cooling, air circulation, fume hoods, air compressors, vacuum pumps, domestic hot water and all mechanical systems.

DATE:
Thursday June 15, 2006

TIME:
10:00 P.M. until 12:00 Midnight (2 hr..)

PURPOSE:
Repair 12470 volt sectionalizing switch.
