CAMPUS INTERRUPTION NOTICE

This is a confirmation of the interruption notice received by a representative in your department on  7/26/06 by phone. Please call extension 1-7221, if you have any questions concerning this interruption.

TYPE OF INTERRUPTION:
Electrical Shutdown To: 853/HPEB -

AREA AFFECTED:
Electrical service through out the building - Lights, outlets, computers, elevators, heating, cooling, air circulation, fume hoods, air compressors, vacuum, mechanical equipment,emergency lighting, and fire alarm.

DATE:
Tuesday, August 1, 2006

TIME:
7:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.

PURPOSE:
Add a breaker and connect to the main panel for new circuit to remodeled space.
