UEN Outage
[UEN Outage Notification]
All,
UEN has experienced a MAJOR network outage and is still working on recovery.
Many UEN services continue to be offline. The cause of the outage is complete loss of power in the main UEN Data Center. UEN is slowly working to bring all services online in a controlled manner. There is no clear ETA yet for restoration of all or specific UEN services.
Services which continue to be down include:
ALL UEN Web Services
Databases
Storage Devices
ETC.
UEN WebCT System
Video Operations
Various controllers and services
Many other services.
Currently the UEN Backbone and all connectivity services are restored and should be running normally. Please contact the UEN NOC in the event you experience any network related issues.
