Network Connectivity

This morning at roughly 6:45am monitor tools indicate that we briefly lost connectivity to r1-eng, r2-eng and switches connected to them.
After looking further - connectivity to R1-eng seems to have been restored a couple of minutes later. R2-eng however is still unreachable at least via its management interface - we are still working on this.


Outage Resolved:
====================
We discovered that R2-ENG had a hardware failure on its ten gig module. We replaced the failed module, and service is restored.
It appears that clean access services for the engineering node may have been interrupted during this time frame as well, but have been restored.
