Updating the Online Campus Directory - Staff

The online campus directory is comprised of information extracted from PeopleSoft, which is managed by Administrative Computing Services (ACS). This is also the authoritative source for Global Address List information in the UMail system.
Employees
You can update your email address by logging into the Campus Information System and selecting Personal Bio/Demo Information within the My Human Resources/Payroll pagelet. Contact your Payroll Reporter to update your department, business tittles, location (business address) and business phone number. Your Payroll Reporter can change this information through Department Job Summary (D-JOBS).
Payroll Reporters
You can update directory information for your employees using D-JOBS.
- Sign on to the Campus Information System (CIS)
- Go to the Human Resource Management Pagelet
- Choose Department Job Summary (D-JOBS)

- Choose the Dept ID to display the employees in either the Home or Reporting ORG/Department.
- Find the employee for which you want to change directory information.
- In the left column select U (Update). The current employee directory information will display.
Note: You can use this screen to correct the email address, work phone number, business title, and the physical address that you want displayed in the directory.

- Go to Campus Directory Information at the bottom of the screen
- Select a Department from the drop down menu
- Select a Location from the drop down menu
- Click on the Update Info button to complete the change.
Note: This will not change mail delivery which is based on Home Department Address.
