Online Billing - Communications Management Suite
Online billing with the Communications Management Suite (CMS) allows you to view your department phone bills online, download or print your billing information as needed, and run reports for specific information.
Signup for Online Billing
To sign up for online billing, complete the CMS Security Authorization form and return it to OIT:

You will receive a confirmation email when you have been set up in the system.
After LogIn
After logging in to online billing, you can access account information for your department by clicking on the reports link in the top right corner of the screen, and using the Account Usage tab. You can:
- View a summary of your department accounts.
- View your individual department accounts based on chartfield (click on the billing date).
- Export monthly billing details to Excel, HTML or PDF (you will need to have pop-ups enabled).
- View long distance calling (Toll) on the account details page.
You can use the help feature in the top right corner of the screen to access terms, definitions and frequently asked questions.
Additionally, you can update you profile, including contact phone and email, through the maintenance link in the top right corner of the screen.
