Conference Phones

A conference phone is an essential resource for anyone that regularly meets with remote parties, both internally and outside the University. Conference calls are a great way to cut travel costs and increase productivity by allowing you to stay in the office.

Note: To use a conference phone, you must either have a Centrex analog or Coral analog or IP phone line. For more information, contact a Service Coordinator at 1-4000, option 2.

University departments can order Polycom conference phones off the State of Utah purchasing contract currently awarded through BT Conferencing.
