  • Recently when I call in to listen to my messages, I get a recorded announcement that states that I have messages that are about to expire and be deleted from the system.  I press the key that it prompts me to press to listen to those messages, but it just takes me to my new messages.  Do I really have old messages?

    I have to delete my messages in email as well as in voice mail.
    How do I fix it so that I only have to check my voice mail messages in one place?
