Campus IT Help Desk

The Campus IT Help Desk supports users in an academic role, including students, faculty, staff, researchers, and affiliates.


Toll-free from Asia campus:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Mountain Time
(11:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Korea Time)

Saturday – Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time
(12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Korea Time)

After-hours support

  • We will address nonemergency issues when regular hours resume.
  • To report high-priority issues with significant impact on vital university services:
    • Submit an online “Report an Issue” ticket (login required).
    • In the “How urgent is this issue?” section, select “High (requires immediate attention)” to alert on-call personnel.

The University of Utah Health ITS Service Desk supports users in direct or supporting health care roles. The desk is open 24/7 to address clinical and patient-care IT issues.
